Q: Can you do a service not listed on your website?
A: Absolutely! In fact, a majority of our clients ask us to do something completely unique to their situation.
Our rates are published and most services requested don’t alter the rates at all, so don’t be afraid to ask!
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Because of scheduling, our cancellation policy is 24 hours before the requested service. This allows us to service all of our clients professionally and with respect.
If you need to cancel in less than 24 hours, we have to charge 50% of the expected fee.
We hope you understand that in order to continue our superior service, we need your help in adhering to the integrity of our schedule.
